Delivery to the UK and elsewhere

We are currently unable to offer delivery to an address outside the UK or France but we hope to launch a delivery service to addresses elsewhere in the EU soon.
The online payment system on this site is operated by PayPal and is secure. We do not have access to your credit card details nor do we store your card details.
18 and over
By placing an order with us you are confirming that you are at least 18 years old. It is illegal for us to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.
If your order goes missing or is damaged between dispatch and delivery, we will send you a replacement order as soon as we can. In the event that we cannot replace the missing or damaged goods, we will give you a full refund. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 days of your order date.
From time to time, bottles are broken in transit, although this is rare with our delivery company, London City Bond. Our carriers should never deliver a case with a broken bottle inside for obvious reasons, but in the event that they do, we will replace or refund any broken bottles. Best of all, email us a quick photo to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can try and fix things in future.
Guarantee of Satisfaction
We’re proud of our wines and we expect them to delight our customers. But sadly things go wrong sometimes. So if you find you’re not entirely happy with the wine you’ve ordered, we would be pleased to replace it, provide you with a refund or a credit against a future order.
If you find that one of your wines is ‘corked’ or faulty, we will refund you the amount of the offending bottle or, if you prefer, give you a credit against a future order.
If, within 30 days of receiving your wine, you decide you don’t like one of the wines you’ve bought and would like to return any remaining bottles in that case, we will arrange collection from your delivery address and then either deliver a new case or provide you with a refund.
We reserve the right not to provide a refund if the wine shows evidence of having been badly stored, for example in a freezer or boiler room.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that we cannot deliver for any reason. If we have to cancel you order we will contact you and refund any money you have paid for that order.
If we cannot fulfil your exact order, we might substitute some bottles for wine of a similar quality and of similar or higher value at no extra cost. Occasionally we may have to substitute wines for a later vintage. We do not normally do this without your prior approval but if you are unhappy with any substitutions you receive we will arrange collection at our cost.
Wines offered on this website may be withdrawn from offer without notice (usually because they sell out).
