We have named this cuvée ‘Les Magnarelles’, after the women who in former times were responsible for raising the silkworm, of vital importance to the success of the estate.

Very pale with dusty pink undertones.

A blend of Grenache Noir and 70-year-old Cinsault

Clay-limestone
Vinification
Direct pressing. Cold stabilisation for 24 hours. Temperature controlled vinification. 3 weeks of bâtonnage.
Ageing
Aged on its lees for 4 months.

Mix of hand-harvesting and early morning machine harvesting

Ideal as an aperitif or a delightful accompaniment to light, fresh summery dishes.
Nose
Light with notes of violet, currant jelly and pomelo.
On the Palate
Pleasingly refreshing with very nice length, delightful flavours of red fruits.
