Les Amoriers Red 2020

AOP Terrasses du Larzac
We have named this cuvée ‘Les Amoriers’, (the mulberry trees), which in former times were cultivated on the estate to provide nourishment to the silk worm.
Chewy and compact, texture and solidity over fruit. Grace is noton the table. Tannins sit astride like cowboys. But the fruit is ripe and sweetand friendly and I can smell the garrigue flooding through every molecule ofintense dark skin. – Tamlyn Currin of Jancis Robinson – 16/20
