Reflecting on the 2019 harvest
As climate change continues to disrupt growing conditions around the world, this year was no exception in the Hérault department in the south of France.
Hail in April, heatwave in June which caused drought like conditions meant that the vines had a shortage of water, this lead to a harvest that was slightly smaller than we hoped for.
Every cloud has a sliver lining however, and the quality of the juice this year was exceptional. A promising start for the 2019 harvest.
